The excellent performance is due to the high-efficiency three in one flat wire motor carried by Landu Dreamer. The flat line motor has increased the motor power, enabling Lando Dreamer to accelerate 100 km for 5.8 seconds, and the long endurance CLTC has a range of 605 km.
This set of iD2 electric drive system independently developed by Dongfeng uses the first 8-layer efficient flat wire motor in China to reduce eddy current loss, effectively improve system efficiency, effectively reduce heat generation, enhance the stability of the motor. Now, Dongfeng has built a domestic first-class flat line motor mass production line, with the production capacity of 200000 flat line motors, and the automation rate of the production line reaches 95%. Three technicians can complete the operation of the entire production line.
At present, Dongfeng flat wire motor iD2-120, iD2-160 and iD2-200 have achieved mass production, becoming the first enterprise in the industry to mass produce multi specification flat wire motor systems. In August this year, the first electric drive assembly of the new generation of iD3 platform with industry-leading technology was successfully launched, and Dongfeng made a solid step in the core technology and resource control, manufacturing system and capacity building of new energy power assembly.

Dongfeng is continuing to independently develop the iD3 series of electric drive products, which are a new generation of high-performance pure electric drive products developed by Dongfeng Group for the "Fourteenth Five Year Plan" new energy strategic planning. The comprehensive efficiency of its working condition is more than 92%, the highest efficiency of the system is more than 95%, and the comprehensive technology "gold content" is at the forefront of the industry.
On this basis, Dongfeng has created a series of electric drive products equipped with flat wire motors, among which "70kW ten in one super integrated electric drive" is the first in the industry.
This product integrates the high-voltage distribution box (PDU), on-board charger (OBC), high-voltage and low-voltage DC converter (DCDC), vehicle controller (VCU), thermal management controller (TMCU), battery management system (BMS) and PTC controller into one controller assembly on the basis of the three in one flat line motor, motor controller and gearbox. This technology not only realizes the integration of physical structure, makes the size smaller, the structure more compact, and the weight lighter, which is more conducive to the layout and carrying of the whole vehicle, but also realizes the deep integration of software and hardware of each controller, achieves the integrated control of hardware and software, further integrates the functions of the power domain of new energy vehicles, and makes the vehicle control more accurate and dynamic performance more powerful.
The technical team also innovatively applied the winding structure of "same layer transposition", reducing the risk of circulating current and short circuit. In addition to the optimized design of the pole slot coordination, the platform of the pure electric and hybrid models is equipped, the endurance mileage is increased by more than 3%, and the NVH is reduced by more than 4dB (decibel).
Technical breakthrough 100 km acceleration will enter the era of 2 seconds

The first high-performance two gear dual electric electromechanical drive assembly iD3-400 built by Dongfeng adopts the industry's first dual motor opposed two gear reducer configuration, matched with a high-power differential lock, which can achieve a super torque output of 8000Nm, and the 100 km acceleration of the vehicle equipped with it will exceed 2 seconds.
For this product, Dongfeng has also developed a 360 ° annular spray cooling structure to match the dual motor configuration, improve the heat dissipation performance, adapt to various vehicle attitudes and complex road conditions, and make the motor more robust and reliable. Matching with the front and rear double shaft four motor configuration, it can achieve 800kW super peak power output and 640kW super long running for five minutes.
The motor controller and gearbox controller are deeply integrated, matching the new motor control algorithm, ensuring the high-precision torque response of the motor and the stability of power output, so that users can drive calmly in a variety of complex road conditions.
To build a strong "green energy heart" for new energy vehicles, Dongfeng continues to speed up the technological breakthrough of new energy vehicles, making comprehensive efforts from new perspectives and new concepts, and bringing users a more outstanding driving experience.
In addition to upgrading and iteration, the personalized creation of products is constantly enriched. The design concept of common platform for high and low voltage systems can cover motors from 70kW to 400kW; Realize oil cooling, water cooling and oil-water composite cooling; The electric drive system combined with permanent magnet and asynchronous motor can meet the diverse requirements of high-speed cruise and high endurance mileage.
Industrialization is also accelerating. By the beginning of 2023, Dongfeng will have completed the third flat line motor production line. Compared with the first production line, the overall investment of this production line is saved by 1/3, but the product compatibility is improved by 3 times. It is the first time in the industry to put forward a collinear production scheme that can realize the same platform for high voltage 800V and medium voltage 400V, so as to improve the reuse rate of production lines and achieve higher economic value. By 2025, Dongfeng will form a production and marketing scale of 1 million sets of various electric drive systems, optimize and stabilize the Dongfeng new energy vehicle industry chain and supply chain, and further help the national "double carbon" plan and the development of new energy vehicle industry.
