This adjustment is mainly reflected in household pickup trucks, household electric vehicle special components (such as drive motors and power batteries) and household vehicle pollution control components are officially included in the three guarantees return and exchange clauses, while protecting the rights and interests of consumers, promoting electric vehicles and The pickup truck industry has developed, and the prevention and control of emissions from various types of motor vehicles has been stepped up.
Third, improve the supervision system related to the three guarantees, strengthen the quality responsibility of the producers, and require the producers not to delay or reject the claims of the sellers or repairers without justified reasons.
